POSITION OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Website Management: Develop and maintain corporate websites for Almega EMD and Almega Corp, ensuring up-to-date and engaging content that reflects the brands. Implement SEO strategies for optimized visibility and organic traffic.
  • Social Media Strategy: Create and execute social media strategies on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Regularly share relevant content, respond to inquiries, and build online communities to establish trust.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Organize information sessions, seminars, and networking events to attract potential investors and buyers. Handle logistics, collaborate with teams and partners for well-organized events aligned with company objectives.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with sales and client services teams to identify marketing opportunities and meet client needs effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and social media management, preferably in exempt market dealer or real estate development industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, keen eye for detail, and high professionalism standards.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X - with expertise in creating engaging content and managing online communities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and video editing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics for content strategy.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry and passion for industry trends.

Location
Remote with 1 day per week at the company's office in Mississauga, Ontario.
