We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent Clinical Coordinator in the Physician Health Program (PHP) to join our growing team


The Clinical Coordinator is a key clinical resource in providing a range of confidential services, including case management, referral, assessment, treatment, and on-going support to medical student, residents, physicians, and their families in pursuing and maintaining their personal health and well-being.


Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary degree/diploma in a clinical health profession (e.g., psychiatric nursing, social work, clinical psychology)
  • 10 years' experience in mental health/psychiatry and addictions
  • Knowledge and experience in case management
