As a Business Operations Coordinator, Bilingual you will will help grow and expand Skyline Clean Energy's business by creating and managing systems, and streamlining and improving the daily business operations policies, procedures, and programs.

This includes various duties such as maintaining and updating contract files, field reports and inspections, as well as assisting with all other reporting, and preparing of correspondence while supporting Skyline's shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.

You're resourceful, you know how to get the answers you need to move forward
The idea of getting to build and maintain systems excites you
An affinity for reading and understanding contracts of legal documentation (you gotta love em)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
Able to be proactive with good problem solving skills, judgment and innovation (crystal ball gazing is also good).
Capable of operating under pressure and meeting deadlines while remaining calm, cool, and collected.
On organization expert, you keep the team on track
A broad foundation of legal concepts and familiarity with the various types of business ownerships is considered an asset there is a little bit of everything with this position
