theScore Bet is currently live in the Company's home province of Ontario. theScore also creates and distributes innovative digital content through its web, social and esports platforms.


Role Description
theScore is looking for an Associate Product Manager with demonstrated success in consumer products to join the team.

As an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial product leader, you will innovate and execute on product initiatives that will bring surprise and delight to our users while delivering business value to the company.

The Associate Product Manager will have a track record of owning and delivering value to customers that raise the bar from an innovation, usability, and design perspective.

You will need to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Specifically, this role focuses on discovering and delivering a leading edge experience for sports betting fans on theScore through the integrated ecosystem between theScore and theScore Bet.


About the Work:


  • Work closely with the development team on deliverables to execute product roadmaps, vision and priorities.
  • Prioritize, design and implement new features, enhancements and fixes.
  • Create wireframes, product requirements and other illustrations to convey feature ideas and gather feedback.
  • Gather requirements from users, customer support, marketing, and elsewhere; translate these into cohesive and actionable vision that aligns to organizational objectives.
  • Develop metrics to measure success of program features and analyze results.
  • Use customer research and data analysis to communicate product vision to senior management and various stakeholders.
  • Research and leverage consumer insights and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
  • Work with designers to create usercentric and intuitive experiences.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:


  • A postsecondary degree and/or equivalent experience in a relative field.
  • 13 years of experience in product management, project management, engineering, marketing, consulting or a related field.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Experience working directly with a development team in an agile environment to deliver digital products.
  • Highly analytical understand product data (e.g., quantitative and qualitative insights), communicate the results clearly and effectively, and make decisions based on those insights
  • Biased towards action a great collaborator who drives towards clarity and delivery.
  • High bar for delivering quality from your own contributions, to the people you work with, to the products you work on.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and growth of your skill set.
