The VP is focused on working with the teams to create strategies around new products that will accelerate design-ins with new customers and grow market share with our core machine vision customers.

Ideally you have a background in machine vision with a solid understanding of customers in our target markets.

This includes working closely with device manufacturers and system integrators to define and set the strategy for the company's next generation of video connectivity solutions to align with customer roadmaps.

In addition, the VP will develop go-to-market plans for new products that leverage our expertise in machine vision technologies for areas such as manufacturing digitization and Industry 4.0.


What you do

  • Leading strategy development and execution to drive customer/client acquisition, engagement, and retention to increase our market share and reach growth targets
  • Working with product management, marketing, sales, and channel partners to optimize existing and establish new gotomarket strategies to achieve and exceed our revenue goals
  • Provide thought leadership and coaching in a manner that supports the company's culture, mission, and values while investing in the team's continuous improvement and growth to help execute on defined strategies
  • Build highlevel customer relationships that provide strategic value in support of Pleora's market objectives and growth plans
  • Leverage extensive knowledge of metrics and data to inform the product strategy, translating test results and insights into an understanding of the levers that will result in impactful products
  • Champion a customercentric culture, constantly questioning and testing assumptions and biases around the needs and wants of our customers and using research to inform decision making
  • As a member of the Executive Team, share full accountability for corporate decisions and results

Requirements (Education and Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior management focused role
  • Must have demonstrable experience successfully taking a new product to market
  • Must have high level of strategic thinking, excellent decisionmaking and problemsolving skills, and demonstrated abilities to drive innovation
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and executing growth strategies
  • Experience leading product, marketing and sales teams
  • The ability to understand and effectively communicate Pleora's core capabilities
  • Understands the complexity of business needs and decisiondrivers within an organization. Must be able to consider available facts, constraints, competitive circumstances, and probable consequences.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational skills as well as provide mentorship to managers
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
