Complete Technologies is looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team.This Position Entails:
- Working on tickets assigned while collaborating with other staff and vendor support resources to resolve issues
- Installing equipment at client sites, and occasional onsite troubleshooting if remote support options are not available
- Auditing new and existing IT systems
- Providing technical assistance and consultation to other members of our organization
- Accurate documentation
- Accurate time entry
- A passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem solving and exceptional customer service
- Proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions

What you bring to the table:
- Advanced knowledge of all currently supported Microsoft desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Office 36
- Experience with VMware
- Experience with Veeam
- Experience in installing, configuring, and administrating Microsoft Server operating systems and roles
- Ability to manage Active Directory, DNS and Group Policy
- Three years of technical support experience, schooling, or equivalent
- Excellent English written and verbal communications skills
- Clean criminal record
- Reliable vehicle
The job:
- Fulltime, permanent
- Salary: $20 $30 per hour
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and ability
- 8hour shift, 8AM 5PM
- Monday to Friday
- On call optional optin
Experience:
Systems Administration: 3 years (preferred)
- Class 5 License (required)

$20.00-$30.00 per hour
