Description
Responsibilities:
- Verify accuracy of shipments by counting, weighing, or measuring items and comparing size, weight, description, and code numbers with information on invoice or packing slip and purchase orders; record any discrepancies or damage.
- Route shipment to the appropriate department.
- Determine best and most economic method of shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations.
- Pack and label products for shipment.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed when handling materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Salary:
$19.60-$2,100.00 per hour
