Position Description:

***: The Project Coordinator

  • Innovation and Partnerships is a member of the Innovation and Partnerships team and a part of the larger Research Administration team of the Research Institute of St Joe's. This position aids in the planning, organizing, and integration of innovation projects to deliver specific measured results. The position will support multiple projects within innovation.


The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating project activities, under the direction of the Manager, Innovation and Partnerships.

This position assists Innovation and Partnership staff through the Innovation project lifecycle including the provision of administrative support for the development of innovation project charters/business cases, budgets, meetings and work plans.


Works alongside the Manager, Innovation and Partnerships to support cross functional teams, and external stakeholders, in the completion of project related tasks and assists in the creation and maintenance of project related documentation.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Community College Diploma in Healthcare or Business Administration required
  • Undergraduate degree in Healthrelated field or business administration preferred
  • Professional membership in Project Managmenet preferred
  • 25 years recent and relevant experience
