Responsibilities:


  • Provides accurate Word, and Excel support by composing and/or editing a variety of documents, spreadsheets, minutes, memoranda, contracts, and proposals.
  • Arranges for catering, locations, distribution of information with respect to the event, and any gifts or handouts for the event.
  • Assists with the construction projects
  • Manage construction material orders and deliveries.
  • Maintaining client and trade database of contact information.
  • Develops and maintains a wellorganized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
  • Coordinate the daytoday general office environment so that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Account Payable: Process invoice received and prepare cheque payment
  • Account Receivable: Prepare invoice and process payment received;
  • Other duties as required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week


Salary:
$22.00-$27.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (required)
  • Mandarin (preferred)
  • Cantonese (preferred)
  • Spanish (preferred)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Burnaby, BC
