Responsibilities:
- Provides accurate Word, and Excel support by composing and/or editing a variety of documents, spreadsheets, minutes, memoranda, contracts, and proposals.
- Arranges for catering, locations, distribution of information with respect to the event, and any gifts or handouts for the event.
- Assists with the construction projects
- Manage construction material orders and deliveries.
- Maintaining client and trade database of contact information.
- Develops and maintains a wellorganized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
- Coordinate the daytoday general office environment so that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Account Payable: Process invoice received and prepare cheque payment
- Account Receivable: Prepare invoice and process payment received;
- Other duties as required.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary:
$22.00-$27.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (required)
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Cantonese (preferred)
- Spanish (preferred)
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Burnaby, BC
