Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.

Your tasks at a glance

You create and manage patient files while providing impeccable customer service.
You provide patients with all appointment information.
You manage the voice mailbox and the different reminder lists.
You enter necessary and updated patient information into the computer system.
You receive external referrals and make appointments for these patients.
You will be crosstrained for the receptionist position (once you have completed your initial training).

A clear view of your assets

You have experience as a customer service agent, receptionist, medical secretary, or administrative assistant AND/OR have excellent customer service skills.
You thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
You have a facility with computer tools (Outlook, Suite Office, etc.) and technology.
You demonstrate strong customer orientation and emotional intelligence.
You stand out for your organizational, collaborative, and autonomous skills.

Required: You have excellent communication skills,
you speak English _et français également _**(advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patients).
