Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Receive product orders directly from customers and check for DC & DSD orders.
  • Perform followup sales calls regarding reordering requests.
  • Enter customer orders in the system.
  • Generate proforma order invoices.
  • Work with Supply Chain personnel regarding customer delivery issues.
  • Ensure the customer call sheet is updated.
  • Respond to general customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues/complaints with the support of management.
  • Work with Sales and customers to resolve returns and credit disputes/issues.
  • Respond to requests for order status.
  • Investigate any issues with shipping orders, printing orders, inform customers and prioritize delivery.
  • Booking shipments of LCL-DSD in system.
  • Coordinate reprographics and distribute marketing materials.
  • Assist with organizing marketing and product related events, shows and launches.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide information to callers or route calls to appropriate person.
  • Maintain signin/out logbook.
  • Receive incoming mail and parcels and distribute/record accordingly.
  • Make copies/ scanning of correspondence or other printed matter.
  • Perform data entry support for other departments as needed.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
  • Using office equipment like printers, photocopiers, and computers.
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments and manage calendars.
  • Coordinating events as necessary.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Provide input to develop new processes as part of continuous improvement.
  • Strict adherence to all Company established procedures and policies, including Food Handling, Health and Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Special projects or other duties as required.

Experience:

***This is contract position (Employee on Sick Leave).


Job Type:
Fixed term contract


Salary:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour
