Position will be a part of our Estimating and Marketing Department Team to analyse and bid project tenders as well as work as part of the estimating team.
- Analyzes blueprints/drawings, specifications, proposals, contracts and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects.
- Reviews data to determine material and labor requirements and prepares itemized lists for project estimates.
- Computes cost factors and prepares estimates used for management purposes, such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work, preparing bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors, and determining cost effectiveness for projects.
- Conducts special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or effect cost reductions.
- Consults with engineers, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues for estimate submissions.
- Read in full contract documents and present risks or advantages that can be accounted for to the operations team prior to tender closing.

- English Language

- Knowledge of AutoCAD software.
- Knowledge of Office Suite Software.
- Knowledge of Bid2Win Estimating Software.
- 5+ years related experience in the construction industry
- 5+ years of experience in an Estimator position

Pay:
$60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
