Do you want to create products for Canada's fastest growing beverage alcohol company? We're looking to hire an Innovation Coordinator at Ace Beverage Group.

The Innovation Coordinator's primary responsibility is to assist in the development and creation of new products. The Innovation Coordinator will report to the Director of Innovation. This is a full time position with occasional weekend and evening work. Work will take place in our Toronto office Mondays through Fridays. Occasional tastings and events will take place at various external locations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assisting with recipe formulation using existing and new ingredients, techniques, and technologies.
Mixing, packaging, and labeling samples.
Collaborating with operations and quality to determine shelf life and proper stability of liquids.
Distributing samples to colleagues and external tasters.
Coordinating and running tasting sessions, gathering feedback and suggesting tweaks based on feedback.
Tasting samples and providing an unbiased opinion and recommendations.
Building and distributing surveys to gather feedback on samples.
Evaluating and compiling the data collected.
Maintain awareness of technical, legislative, industry and market trends
Working with various suppliers to order mixing materials.
Visiting stores with mock packaging and collecting feedback.
Other innovationrelated duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.
Education related to food science is considered an asset.
02 years of relevant experience required.
Glevel driver's license with clean driver's abstract.
Knowledge of market trends in beverage alcohol.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for crosscollaborative initiatives.
Superior time management skills, coupled with the ability to organize and prioritize.
Experience relating to food science, ingredient functionality, regulatory affairs, and research and development is an asset.
