• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is desired
• Degree or diploma in business or administration
