We are looking to hire

Junior HR They will assist in

HR and various day-to-day duties for the Chair, CEO, C-suite & Board Members team.

They may do a variety of activities from managing daily accounting to Onboarding, Off boarding, Payroll, employees benefits, answering phones, greeting customers, making appointments, filing paperwork, performing data entry, scanning documents, receiving and sorting mail, invoicing, and any other tasks that contribute to the function of the

accounting an HR department.

Support HR manager in daily HR activities such as onboarding, Offboarding, payroll, employees benefits, and all other Admin duties/tasks


You need to be an organized and team-oriented individual with attention to detail, who can demonstrate strong communication skills (written and oral) and execute independently with mínimal oversight.

You will assist in all facets of HR support within the company. Ideally, you have worked in a high-technology office before and have an interest in technology.


Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Assist in the full cycle accounting, including payroll, and invoicing.
  • Verify and reconcile expense reports and create monthly statements.
  • Verify and reconcile timesheets with both internal and customer time tracking systems.
  • Various HR tasks/duties
  • Administration support for HR and onboarding of new employees including preparation of offer letters.
  • Office administration support duties include processing mail, scheduling and monitoring couriers/shipments, booking travel arrangements, working with management to perform clerical duties as needed, booking meetings and appointments, maintaining resumes database, and updating office map/staff contact details/etc on internal sites.
  • Support. coordinate and manage all details of employees' relation activities, including unemployment claims, termination, performance management,
  • Provide Admin support to the HR manager

Requirements:


  • Minimum one to two years of HR experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailoriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Have a flexible cando attitude and be able to take initiatives
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks until completion
  • As this role requires some tasks to be completed outside of the office, a valid driver's license and vehicle are required
  • Must be able to come to the office in Oakville or Mississauga
Part-time roles can lead to full-time.
