You will play a key role in curating the service experience for customers who choose Sterling Honda as well as managing daily & monthly business administrative duties.

Your Day to Day:

Greeting customers & requesting/downloading insurance claims
Scheduling assessment & repair appointments
Booking courtesy vehicles
Communicating with Insurance providers
Collecting payments
Recording expected towing requests

What You Bring to the Table:

Customer service experience preferred
Office administration experience preferred
Unmatched verbal/written communication skills
Superb Word, Excel, & PowerPoint skills. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.).
