to join our growing team We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to take ownership of administrative support. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for customers who choose Sterling Honda as well as managing daily & monthly business administrative duties.

Your Day to Day:
- Greeting customers & requesting/downloading insurance claims
- Scheduling assessment & repair appointments
- Booking courtesy vehicles
- Communicating with Insurance providers
- Collecting payments
- Recording expected towing requests
What You Bring to the Table:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Office administration experience preferred
- Unmatched verbal/written communication skills
- Superb Word, Excel, & PowerPoint skills. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.).
