Position Overview

Education
Post secondary education in a computer and networking technology program or equivalent. Experience will be considered in place of formal education.

Experience
Previous experience working within a technical support position is an asset but not a requirement.

Knowledge

Understanding of Google suite
Needs to be able to tackle troubleshooting situations and provide a solution to the issues on various school platforms

Technical Recommendations (Not required)

CompTIA A+ certification
CompTIA Network+ certification

Abilities

Work with competing priorities and multitask;
Deadline driven;
Aptitude for learning new technology;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to provide administration and technical support in a variety of platforms (Moodle, Adobe Connect, and Google Workspace)
Utilizing remote support tools (Teamviewer)
