We are looking for an
Inside Sales Representative at our Walker - Grease Trap Services Woodbridge location.

  • Position Summary_
  • R_eporting directly to the GTS National Sales Manager, the incumbent in this position assists existing and potential customers with their grease trap needs. The incumbent provides customers with quotes, enters orders and monitors current industry periodicals online in order to identify upcoming project work. The incumbent works closely with the National Sales Manager and assists in daily, weekly and monthly reporting as necessary.
  • Major (Primary) Responsibilities_
  • Provides customers with quotes, enters orders
  • Responds to calls from existing and potential customers.
  • Attend sales meetings and provide input on market conditions
  • Participate in trade shows and promotions as required
  • Increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Records customer information and answers questions regarding product/service availability
  • Forwards callers to Account Managers when necessary.
  • Investigates customer's complaints/concerns independently, when possible. Records information and forwards to correct personnel as required.
  • Produces and sends quotations to customers based on information from standard pricing or from information provided by other sales representatives, as required.
  • Input leads and close customers, document all correspondence with customers through CRM software
  • Manage and maintain quality relationships with existing accounts within a specified territory
  • Collects and summarizes sales information to prepare sales presentations for sales and marketing manager, quarterly and as required.
  • Work with technicians and operations to resolve abnormal service scenarios
  • Generate reports for customers to understand their service requirements

  • Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required_

Skills:
This position requires a basic degree of initiative and judgment in order to organize and prioritize daily tasks. Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are required in dealing with colleagues and customers in every day working relationships.

  • Advanced computer software skills (i.e. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel,) to efficiently and effectively produce reports, input customer orders and information as necessary.
  • Basic problemsolving skills to analyze problems, investigate customer complaints and formulate a plan of action.
  • Demonstrated customer service, interpersonal and communication skills to promote and foster relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Able to work with limited supervision.
  • Communicates politely, professionally and with clarity, verbally and in oneonone or group situations, or over the telephone
  • Communicates well in writing by composing clear documents; facility with editing and/or proofreading.
  • Capacity to follow directives and fulfill requests.
  • Proactive anticipates and initiates action to meet needs
  • Adaptable able to set and prioritize work with occasional exceptions, able to work with diverse personalities and style.

Job Knowledge:

Minimum high school graduation, or equivalent level of education, with an additional one-year diploma course in business.

  • Certificates, Licenses or Registration:_
A valid G Class Driver's license with a clean abstract is essential to this role

  • Travel Requirements:_***The incumbent will be required to travel a significant amount, working hours and non working hours to various locations to attend trade shows and customer account meetings/presentations.
The base salary for this role is $80,000-$85,000, this role includes car allowance, incentive, and commission.
