Your Role:
- Administration
- Maintain enterprisewide learning and people development systems
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with other People, IT and Operational teams to enhance data connections and validity
- Provide technical support to users within learning and people development systems
- Liaise with learning and people development vendors to build / strengthen relationships, uncover opportunities for improvement, and guide cost management strategies
- Provide recommendations to ensures current and future licensing needs are aligned with our budget
- Support enterprisewide people teams with management and administration of learning and people development systems
- Reporting and analysis
- Administer ongoing dashboard reporting (KPIs) for People Development
- Produce oneoff reporting requests to the business as required.
- Act as point of contact to ensure training activities are tracked and reported on as required.
- Present recommendations on key trends in training, talent development and engagement.
- User Experience
- Support the communication, onboarding, and awareness and user experience across People Development Systems.
- Administer and support the permissions and access to learning and people development systems.
- Ensure users/learners have timely access to learning and people development systems.
- Technology and Innovation
- Support any system updates are tested, validated and released as required.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and efficiency opportunities across all people development systems.
- Support the testing and learning of pilots of new processes, systems and tools.
- Support technology integrations and any data linking (i.e. API, SSO) with current or future systems.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
- Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with business intelligence software, database management, HTML, web design are considered assets.
- Experience in support of API and other systems integrations considered an asset.
- Experience providing software or end user support.
- Knowledge of process mapping.
- Excellent verbalwriting communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks without direct supervision, while paying strong attention to details
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with changing conditions, needs, and competing deadlines.
- Second language an asset.
