• Manage and lead a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Manage an afterhours oncall schedule to ensure technicians are able to provide service calls afterhours or on weekends if required.
• Oversee the scheduling and prioritization of service jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts inventory, labor hours, and service history.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the service department.
• Coordinate with other departments, including sales and parts, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends and technology advancements to ensure our service department remains competitive and innovative.

• Previous experience in a service management role, preferably in the agricultural equipment industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customerfocused mindset.
• Proficiency in computer software systems, including MS Office and service management software.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment and mechanical systems is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
