Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Manage an afterhours oncall schedule to ensure technicians are able to provide service calls afterhours or on weekends if required.
- Oversee the scheduling and prioritization of service jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts inventory, labor hours, and service history.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the service department.
- Coordinate with other departments, including sales and parts, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and technology advancements to ensure our service department remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a service management role, preferably in the agricultural equipment industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customerfocused mindset.
- Proficiency in computer software systems, including MS Office and service management software.
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and mechanical systems is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

$26.63-$44.65 per hour
