    Inside Sales Broker– Personal Lines
    Markham, Ontario
    Base salary + incentive opportunities. ($75,000 +)

    Our client is hiring Inside Sales Brokers. This is an excellent career opportunity builder. If you have 1-2 years of experience as a licensed RIBO Broker or OTL Insurance Agent (willing to obtain a RIBO) and are looking to build your career in Insurance this may be the opportunity for you.     The Role:
    • Provide exceptional customer experience on the phone and through email.
    • Prepare quotes for new business using ARS, Applied Rating Services, or company portals.
    • Manage pipeline and quote metrics using CRM software.
    • Contact new business leads within service level standards.
    • Follow-up phone calls on warm web leads.
    • Provide insurance consultation by recommending appropriate insurance coverage.
    • Partner with Client Service Advisors when troubleshooting files.
    • Keeping current on carrier underwriting, marketplace trends and continuous education.
    • Manage phone queue metrics with your team to ensure optimal availability for members.
    • Participate in on-site marketing events.
    WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
    • Post-Secondary Education
    • Experience with TAM and EPIC is an asset.
    • Prior customer experience is an asset.
    • R.I.B. Ontario or OTL licensed mandatory.
    • Over 1-year personal lines experience in sales or service.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask using digital procedures and technology.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    • Advanced written and verbal skills to help manage high customer expectations and to resolve conflicts.
    • Ability to identify challenges and overcome them through problem-solving and using a teammate approach.
    • Take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy & enthusiasm.
