Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Sales Associate located in St Thomas, ON. The Automotive Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting vehicles, demonstrating features, and offering in-depth product information to ensure informed purchasing decisions. Responsibilities will also include meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through a consultative sales approach. The role requires collaboration with the sales team to meet dealership goals and foster a positive buying experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Consulting, including knowledge of techniques to assist customers in finding the right products and meeting sales objectives.
- Proficiency in delivering high-quality Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Skills in Customer Retention and fostering long-term relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
- Strong interest in Automotive Sales with knowledge of automotive products or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the automotive industry or a sales-focused role is an asset, though not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- OMVIC License required
- Preference given to GM experienced sales associate
