The Blueprint


The Assistant Scheduler is integral in assisting with a wide range of project planning and scheduling processes and will be responsible for full scheduling services for our Estimating department.

A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities

Working directly with the Senior Scheduler and various project teams, you will be responsible for:

  • Gathering and interpreting project schedule data from both internal and external sources throughout the project's life cycle.
  • Assist in the monitoring, reviewing, and analysis of the schedule and status during all phases of the project, including the analysis of any schedule deviations and corrective actions.
  • Assuring that all schedules developed follow the Standard Project Coding Systems and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Activity Coding System, and Activating ID Numbering System.
  • Working closely with the Project teams to align project schedules with baseline schedules for all activities, identify trends, and schedule impacts.
The Architect of Your Success

  • A university degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3+ years of largescale engineering and/or construction scheduling experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with scheduling software tools and potentially certification in relevant tools like Primavera P
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Projects, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and can schedule and track multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Proven efficiency in working crossdepartmentally to provide timely, informed, and uptodate schedule information including trends, forecasts, and consistent project reporting.
