Key Responsabilities-

You will be in charge of the company's interactions with the public through social media platforms using a unified voice.

Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Devise and implement content strategies and collect engagement data.
Oversee social media accounts' design (Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
Identify trends among customer interactions to help plan digital campaigns that build brand loyalty.
Engage people, leverage monitoring tools for insights and align your work with our brand's goals.
Have an "eye" for social media trends and know how to engage the company's followers.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (original text, photos, videos and news).
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.

What you will bring

Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager
Hands on experience in content management
Outstanding interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrates leadership with the capability to motivate and inspire
Excellent copywriting skills
Organization and time management skills; coupled with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Proven ability to work independently and consult outside sources when required
French/English bilingualism
Must be available fulltime, minimum of 37.5 hours per week
