Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities.

This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and systems
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and inventory
• Weld and fabricate as needed
• Supervise contractors when necessary

Experience:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Basic electrical knowledge is preferred
• Leadership skills to effectively supervise contractors and other team members
