Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure site(s) remains clean, organized and free from debris throughout construction.

Work within all site(s) safety protocols while on location.

At coompletion of building, manage the day to day operations and cleaning of the building including ordering supplies, including but not limited to daily cleaning, showings, lease preparation and execution, tenant handling issues and rent collection and enforcement of company rules and regulations.

Building is to be maintained in showing shape and expected to have a high standard of cleanliness at all times.

Units are to be brought back to state of readiness by the CLeaner/Property Manager when tenants exit in a timely fashion.

Maintaining a professional attitude at all times while engaging with tenants and suppliers and building owners.

Communication with the Company Owner regularly is paramount.

Should any equipment need maintenance or replacement, all items should be submitted to the Company Owner prior to completion or purchase.

Spanish written and speaking is required. Diploma and or relevant university and or non-university degree is required

Salary:
$30,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
