Analyst - Pricing & Inventory
Position Overview

We are offering this newly created position to support our growing organization with pricing and customer behavior analysis to manage and execute our go to market strategy our product portfolio.
The job is challenging and exciting and you will be, after the initial onboarding and training, given the responsibility and latitude to analyze pricing matrix, inventory movements, product forecasting and item management.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible as an Analyst-Pricing
Maintenance and development of all pricing models - modify current pricing models or create new pricing models for the organization
Analyzing the post-performance and effectiveness of vendors to determine the impact of vendor cost increases and to ensure that all pricing reviews and recommendations are based on both cost and pricing impacts
Based on an analysis of sales expectations, you have developed recommendations for new product pricing according to our company's and brand's GP budgets
Responsible for managing and preparing the annual pricing recommendation for the department of sales and marketing
SAP pricing maintenance and processing - list price and vendor price updates
Based on pricing activity, prepare, and analyze reports to ensure that prices and trends are accurate
2. Responsible as an Analyst-Inventory
Generating an inventory management plan to ensure that the necessary inventory levels are maintained
Determine the root cause of inventory discrepancies and make recommendations to the other departments (sales, marketing and supply chain).
Identify and analyze the root causes of any negative inventory balances within the assigned locations.Provide a monthly report to Supply Chain Management based on the data collected
Maintaining and processing MRP in SAP
3. Responsibility as a General Analyst
Provide stakeholders with essential information through a suite of reports (PBI & SQL reports)
Establish, implement, and monitor reporting and analytics to provide other departments with insight and recommendations
Monitoring the gap between KPIs and budget, where relevant, and providing business stakeholders with actionable insights
Collaborate with other teams in the actuarial function to facilitate access to data needed in order to complete their projects
Ensure that reports are accurate and data quality is maintained
Qualification
A bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, mathematics, business administration, information technology, or a related field with a technical focus
A minimum of three years' experience with MS Power BI and SQL coding as well as the handling of large data sets
Expertise in data models, database design and development, data mining, and segmentation techniques with great accuracy and detail oriented
Having the ability to work efficiently and independently or in a cross-functional team environment with mínimal supervision
Requirements:
Expertise in Microsoft Excel with Power Query, MS Power BI and MS SQL Server Management
Studio
Strong problem-solving skills and well-developed analytical skills
Strong multi-project management skills and outstanding collaboration/teamwork
Interested in learning and developing on a continuous basis
Language proficiency in English
Position Details:
- Reporting: Director of Virtual Commerce
- Job Type: Permanent / Hybrid
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:00 pm)
- Vacation: 3 Weeks

Salary:
$55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
