Since opening in 2019, we've innovated and expanded our state-of-the art classes across multiple channels: In-studio, Sweat in the Park, Sweat Live, Sweat on Demand, and Sweat on the Roof - a one-of-a-kind, outdoor rooftop fitness studio in the heart of downtown Toronto.

In 2023, we opened our first international sister location, Silver Springs, a boutique yoga and Pilates oasis in the heart of Los Angeles, and a new 25,000 immersive fitness & wellness hub in Toronto at The Well.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests/patients upon arrival
Manage spa reservations and appointments using our software system
Handle retail sales, including recommending products and upselling services where possible
Ensure exceptional cleanliness and organization of the spa reception and retail areas
Assist in training new reception colleagues on all aspects of reception duties when required
Ongoing learning regarding our extensive service menu and biohacking offerings.
Address client inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Coordinate with the lead wellness concierge, wellness guides, and spa manager to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience
Participate in process improvement projects and attend required meetings and training sessions
Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions to clients with confidence
Perform additional duties as assigned

About You:

13 years of experience in hotel/spa reception and or wellness clinic.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in customer service
Proficient computer skills, including mandatory experience with spa/salon booking management software
Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are an asset
Strong sales and customer service skills
Passionate about health & fitness
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (a minimum of 2 shifts per week are required)
