As we begin to ramp up for our 2023 spring/summer production season, we are looking to add some key team players to our company.

No previous experience is necessary as we provide training on the job Our team is based in West Kelowna and the surrounding areas, and focuses on interior and exterior residential repaints and small scale commercial work.

We are a close knit group of like minded individuals who have put an emphasis on building a sustainable business and rewarding dedicated employees.

• Compensation: Our compensation model uses a profit sharing method, as we believe in rewarding hard work. Any jobs that are completed in under the budgeted amount of time will have the extra profits redistributed to the employees on top of their hourly wage. Last summer we had our top painters making $35$50/hr
• Requirements: We hire based on attitude not ability, so a positive mindset is key A willingness to work on ladders, roofs and at heights. A reliable method of transportation to and from work is necessary.
