WSP E&I Canada Limited is seeking a
Project Quality Manager to support a growing program of remediation projects in Eastern Ontario.


This is a high profile, complex and exciting role that will provide you the opportunity to be in support of large construction projects across multiple business sectors in support of a high energy team of project professionals.

A day in the life:


  • You'll develop and update the Project Quality Management System (QMS) processes, plans, tools, and procedures for compliance with N299.2 and ISO 9001: 2015 standards.
  • You'll develop the Nuclear Quality Assurance Training Material and conduct quality training sessions for the WSP team, subcontractors, and suppliers, and their subsuppliers.
  • You'll providew oversight, ensuring the QMS is communicated and always understood by all parties.
  • You'll ensure project documentation is upto date and project records are reviewed and filed appropriately, by working together with the project document control.
  • You'll perform regular oversight and surveillance to ensure site inspectors, subcontractors and suppliers adhere to the project quality requirements.
  • You'll oversee the QMS implementation and measure its effectiveness again established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • You'll be responsible for ensuring the project Quality Action Log, Training Matrix, Equipment List, Inspection and Test plan are uptodate and followed in the field.
  • You'll coordinate and lead all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors.
  • You'll prepares for and play a lead role in internal and external audits.
  • You'll be responsible for ensuring effective close of audit findings and project related issues as part of the continual improvement.
  • You'll periodically review the quality documentation for conformance with N299.2, ISO 9001 :2015 and WSPQMS requirements.
  • You'll ensure all quality documentation is compiled, approved for use, and completed.
