Project Quality Manager to support a growing program of remediation projects in Eastern Ontario.

A day in the life:

You'll develop and update the Project Quality Management System (QMS) processes, plans, tools, and procedures for compliance with N299.2 and ISO 9001: 2015 standards.
You'll develop the Nuclear Quality Assurance Training Material and conduct quality training sessions for the WSP team, subcontractors, and suppliers, and their subsuppliers.
You'll providew oversight, ensuring the QMS is communicated and always understood by all parties.
You'll ensure project documentation is upto date and project records are reviewed and filed appropriately, by working together with the project document control.
You'll perform regular oversight and surveillance to ensure site inspectors, subcontractors and suppliers adhere to the project quality requirements.
You'll oversee the QMS implementation and measure its effectiveness again established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
You'll be responsible for ensuring the project Quality Action Log, Training Matrix, Equipment List, Inspection and Test plan are uptodate and followed in the field.
You'll coordinate and lead all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors.
You'll prepares for and play a lead role in internal and external audits.
You'll be responsible for ensuring effective close of audit findings and project related issues as part of the continual improvement.
You'll periodically review the quality documentation for conformance with N299.2, ISO 9001 :2015 and WSPQMS requirements.
