Carlsberg Canada recently purchased Waterloo Brewing Ltd.

so Carlsberg Canada includes the production, distribution and commercialization of Carlsberg and Waterloo products as well as various co-manufacturing partnerships.

This role is responsible for beer delivery to Carlsberg Canada customers in a company-provided van.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for following the delivery schedule and providing a highquality service to key licensee accounts.
Responsible for greeting and interacting with customers; providing superior customer service
Provide product knowledge to assist in the sale of Waterloo products
Answer customer inquiries in person, and over the phone
Ensure responsible service of alcohol under Smart Serve guidelines at all times
Weekly keg deliveries to restaurants. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs.
Upkeep of company vehicle including, but not limited to, cleaning, fueling and oil changes as required
Work a flexible schedule as required, including evening and weekend hours
Treats customers and coworkers fairly and with integrity; builds positive relationships
Communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Contributes to an environment of continuous improvement and cost savings
Shows willingness to learn new skills; gain new knowledge to meet or exceed job performance
Works collaboratively as part of a team; is flexible (when required) to get work done
Observes the company's policies and guidelines (including health and safety policies)
Demonstrates commitment to fellow coworkers by regular attendance and punctuality at work

Qualifications:

Minimum High School diploma
Must be 25 years of age for insurance purposes
Must have a G class license and clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
Must be Smart Serve Certified
Ability to work alone and as a team player
Experience in serving, retail or customer service an asset
Must be comfortable with some heavy lifting up to 100lbs
Must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends
