As a Cabin Bunk Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of counsellors, ensuring the smooth operation of the cabin, and creating a safe and inclusive environment for campers.

About the Role

• You will lead and support counselors in providing exceptional care to our campers, including managing daily activities, supervising personal care needs, and facilitating inclusive programs.


• As part of your role, you will work closely with other Cabin Bunk Leads and camp staff to coordinate schedules, manage group dynamics, and ensure a seamless experience for all.

Your Skills & Experience

• You have prior experience working with individuals with disabilities or complex medical conditions.


• Leadership skills are essential - you should be able to delegate tasks effectively while fostering teamwork and collaboration among your team members.

The ideal candidate would also possess strong communication skills (written & verbal), organizational abilities (including multitasking) along with comfortable handling situations requiring adaptability.",
