Registered Social Worker
Clear Health Solutions provides highly specialized services for children/ youth and their families within Saskatchewan who experience complex mental health difficulties and/or developmental challenges where these difficulties significantly impact functioning in multiple areas such as home, school and community and appropriate community interventions.
Clear Health Solutions is looking for experienced Registered Social Workers, who will lead by example, bringing your clinical leadership and assessment capabilities to this collaborative role.
What can I expect to do in this role?
- Provide clinical services in the form of assessment, consultation, planning, resources and followup to clients of Clear Health Solutions using interventions and specific professional expertise and skills;
- Consult and liaise with other disciplines, family and community partners as required, to establish appropriate programming and followup;
- Record and report in accordance with Clear Health Solutions and program policy; and,
- Provide clinical leadership, capacity building and consultation within an interdisciplinary team members, educational institutions and community agencies.
Qualification
Mandatory
- You have a Masters or Degree in Social Work from a university of recognized standing or an acceptable equivalent combined with social work experience
- You are registered in good standing as a Social Worker with the Saskatchewan College of Social Workers
Specialized Knowledge and Experience
- You have knowledge and experience in clinical social work including assessment, clinical intervention, and consultation and behavioural knowledge
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- You have clinical leadership and interpersonal skills to collaboratively work with and lead a multidisciplinary team and effectively relate to various members of the treatment team
- You have well developed communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills to facilitate group therapy sessions, relate with and advise clients, families, and community agencies
Analytical and Organizational Skills
- You have assessment and analytical skills to review available information within appropriate theoretical framework to identify aspects of clinical presentation and determining appropriate levels of intervention
- You have coordination and organizational skills to lead/manage caseload and team projects
