- Represent client brands during in-person events, retail promotions, and pop-up campaigns, becoming the friendly and professional face of the brand.
- Engage customers directly, build rapport quickly, and identify their needs to offer suitable product or service solutions.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets through consultative, relationship-based selling.
- Develop a deep understanding of client offerings, promotions, and brand messaging to confidently communicate product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring every interaction delivers a positive and memorable experience.
- Support campaign logistics — assist with event setup, merchandising, and display preparation to ensure brand presence is polished and impactful.
- Collaborate with your team to share insights, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate wins together in a high-energy environment.
- Collect and report customer feedback and sales data to help improve campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training focused on professional development, leadership, and account management skills.
- Work closely with management to contribute ideas for process improvements, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies.
