Aspect Retail Logistics in Pickering, one of Canada's largest 3PL Distribution centers.

We are continuing to experience rapid growth and are hiring permanent full time General Labor associates to add to our case pick department.

The case pick position requires you to pick orders by the case and place them onto pallets, so there is a lot of lifting involved in the position, up to 50 lbs.

frequently, also reaching, bending, and lifting repeatedly throughout your shift.

Job Duties:

Manually lifting 20 to 50 lbs. cases consistently throughout shift to load pallets
Receiving and confirming orders through a talk man headset
Wrapping and delivering completed pallets to the correct shipping lanes

Full-time shifts available:

Days ( 7 am
3 pm)
Must have flexible availability, weekends needed.***
Afternoon ( 3 pm
11 pm) Sunday-Thurs Schedule**** Night ( 11 pm
7 am) Sunday-Thurs Schedule**
Pay Rate:
$21.00 per hour starting rate
Base wage progression up to $27.85 per hour

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, to assemble pallets built up to 7 ft tall
Must be comfortable operating or being trained to operate double pallet jack (training provided)
Must have clean criminal background
Must be available to work on weekends
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Previous case picking experience an asset
