We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to deliver in-home WSIB rehabilitation services under a structured, block-funded model. This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy and professional clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-home assessments, delivering functional interventions, addressing ADLs and safety risks, and developing measurable treatment goals aligned with WSIB funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive OT assessments of WSIB clients in their homes
• Deliver goal-oriented interventions focusing on functional recovery and return-to-work readiness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless service delivery
