    What You Will Do: C onduct risk assessments to support risk-informed decision making

    • Apply fit for purpose risk assessment methodologies to identify and evaluate operational risks.
    • Apply ALARP principle in risk assessments and communication of results.
    • Conduct risk tolerability assessments.
    • Conduct value assessments (risk and benefit analysis).

    Develop expertise and best company practices in risk modelling

    • Develop an understanding of safety, operational reliability, commercial and other operational risks.
    • Be familiar with industrial practices in quantifying risks.
    • Engage partners to understand their needs in risk modelling and incorporate them in the development of risk assessment guidelines.

    Report on risks

    • Provide clear and concise documentation to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
    • Interpret risk results to technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Collaborate with partners within the organization to provide appropriate risk input and perspective.

    Who You Are:

    You have the following education and experience:

    • Engineering degree and four‐plus years' experience OR six‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
    • Professional Engineering designation.
    • Relevant industry experience conducting, facilitating and managing risk assessments.
    • Highly numerate, logical, self-motivated individual with an eye for detail.
    • Ability to present and facilitate to a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities at a time.
    • Ability to compile technical risk reports and documentation to support risk-informed decision making.
