What you'll need to have

  • You're passionate about retail and home furnishing and have 24 years of working experience in a management position in distribution, retail, logistics or similar
  • You have excellent knowledge of Multichannel, supply chain, warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment
  • You've got a great understanding of key performance measurement used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customercentric approach
  • You enjoy leading in the unknown and are good at change management
  • You know how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project or process to make things happen
  • You're knowledgeable of relevant IT systems/ solutions/ tools, calculation methods and analysis within the function
  • You have a University degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or proven performance in supply chain management (5+ years)
  • You have proven successful leadership in delivering both business result and people development

What you'll be doing day to day

  • Securing the successful implementation of global and local project sand process changes and coordinate all relevant readiness initiatives in the organization.
  • Leading all involved stakeholders in the country organization towards a successful implementation including working across functions, evaluating the impact of the implementation on the customer experience and existing working methods, compiling the relevant implementation material, aligning the implementation plans and providing follow up and status reports.
  • Steering communication and change management in a controlled way to maximize motivation for all people involved to embrace and support the implementation.
  • Managing and securing the transfer of knowledge to the line organization as well as to relevant functions within the commercial team and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Compiling and maintaining a project portfolio and implement it as a businesssteering instrument.
  • Clarifying and securing the necessary prerequisites, including correct budget, resources and business plan input on country and store level, in cooperation with the respective functions.
