The ability to communicate with clients or fellow team members and follow detailed architectural and engineered drawings

Ability to work safely will maintaining efficiency

Punctuality with the ability to work extended hours and weekends

Valid G license with a personal vehicle able to travel up to an hour to and from job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry work, including framing, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
• Install flooring and perform other finishing tasks such as painting and staining
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and best practices
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks

Skills:

• Construction painting
• CNC (Computer Numerical Control)
• Maintenance Person skills
• Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, etc.
• Experience with power tools such as drills, sanders, routers, etc.
• Flooring installation expertise
• Construction estimating knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints

$24.00-$28.00 per hour
