Ability to work safely will maintaining efficiency
Punctuality with the ability to work extended hours and weekends
Valid G license with a personal vehicle able to travel up to an hour to and from job sites.
WHMIS and Fall Safety training

Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work, including framing, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
- Install flooring and perform other finishing tasks such as painting and staining
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
Skills:
- Construction painting
- CNC (Computer Numerical Control)
- Maintenance Person skills
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, etc.
- Experience with power tools such as drills, sanders, routers, etc.
- Flooring installation expertise
- Construction estimating knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints

$24.00-$28.00 per hour
