Description

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as graders, dozers, excavators, loaders, packers and skid steers
• Perform tasks such as grading, excavating, backfilling and compaction
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and repair
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Excellent handeye coordination and spatial awareness
• Ability to work safely
• Physical stamina to withstand long hours of work in various weather conditions
