About the Role:


Acting as the first point of contact for consumer enquiries you will ensure a positive consumer experience and consumer satisfaction every time.

We are seeking a passionate consumer services professional to join the Supply Chain Team.

Your engaging style will ensure that you will collaborate well with different departments to ensure a quick and effective resolution for our consumers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all enquiries through the Xugo database
  • Liaise with various departments for assistance
  • Ensure product knowledge and standard responses are kept up to date
  • Other related technical support and administrative activities.

About you:

  • Ideally you will be working in a similar role in FMCG consumer services
  • You will have experience dealing with consumer complaints and issue resolution
  • Exceptional Customer Service, problem solving and complaint handling skills
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for consumers
  • Highly developed sense of integrity, empathy and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Proactive, selfstarter who is comfortable working autonomously as well as within teams
  • You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and Word
