About the Role:

Acting as the first point of contact for consumer enquiries you will ensure a positive consumer experience and consumer satisfaction every time.

We are seeking a passionate consumer services professional to join the Supply Chain Team.

Your engaging style will ensure that you will collaborate well with different departments to ensure a quick and effective resolution for our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all enquiries through the Xugo database
Liaise with various departments for assistance
Ensure product knowledge and standard responses are kept up to date
Other related technical support and administrative activities.

About you:

Ideally you will be working in a similar role in FMCG consumer services
You will have experience dealing with consumer complaints and issue resolution
Exceptional Customer Service, problem solving and complaint handling skills
Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for consumers
Highly developed sense of integrity, empathy and commitment to customer satisfaction
Proactive, selfstarter who is comfortable working autonomously as well as within teams
You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and Word
