Roles and Responsibilities

Processing deposits
Processing deposits

and providing account management for our internal and external financing platform

Monthend procedures
AR reporting, bank charges and statements, ICBC commissions
Assist with special projects

Qualifications

Completed financial accounting or bookkeeping courses
2 years related accounting experience in a similar role with an understanding of the accounting cycle
Ability to process large volumes in an efficient manner
Computer Skills
Proficient with MS Excel advanced data analysis skills an advantage
Ability to learn new systems quickly we operate on industry specific software

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Attention to detail we operate in a very fast paced environment with a high volume of transactions, attention to detail/accuracy while maintaining a productive processing speed is critical.
Team player we have a strong, respectful, and positive team that works well together to process and perform in our highvolume environment.
Excellent communication skills be able to communicate with the finance team members and front line teams
Ability to work independently and make sound judgement with mínimal supervision
Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision
Confident, proactive, selfmotivated, enthusiastic, quick thinking, goal and results oriented
