Key Responsibilities:

- ***Create labor, production schedules.

Produce food products in accordance with provided specifications including quality and quantity.
Hire, train & manage teammates to ensure desired performance is achieved and all operating standards are adhered to.
Provide hands on experience in day to day operations.
Ensure and maintain a high level of sanitation, food safety, and safe working environment, while operating under defined timelines.
Ensure compliance reports and checklists are completed accurately for operational matters and all required corrective action is taken promptly.
Other Ad Hoc Duties as required to ensure the business runs smoothly

Desired Qualifications:

Previous supervisory/management experience in a food processing facility.
Fluency in Spanish a plus
Solid knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP plant experience is an asset.
Previous Warehouse Experience is an asset.
Inventory Management Experience is an asset.
Must be computer literate (MS Office)
Ability to work in a refrigerated, cold refrigerated climate
