    In this role, you will work alongside a cross-functional team of Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Development & QE Managers, and Vendors managing the delivery of medium complex iterative waterfall and agile projects. You will serve a range of different stakeholders and be responsible for building and improving relationships across all levels of the organization. You will provide expertise in managing delivery of software deliverables and their integrations across multiple product areas.

    You will act as the main point of contact for assigned projects, prioritize work, address impediments, mitigate risks and issues, and ensure that projects are running efficiently and delivered with a high level of quality.

    What will you do?

    • Develop and manage detailed planning and scheduling of project deliverables collaborating with other Scrum Masters and Project Managers
    • Identification and management of dependencies; ensuring dependent work is closely tracked and delivered to prevent schedule slippage
    • Effectively manage IT deliverables for multiple projects.
    • Oversee financials and staffing levels to efficiently meet project delivery requirements and tracks value for effective decision-making
    • Ensure the completion of risk assessments, architectural reviews and the identification & execution of contingency plans
    • Collect project performance indicators, build status reports, Management & VP-level presentations

    What do you need to succeed?

    Must-have:

    • 3+ years of Project Management experience; spanning small to medium projects with high level of value (benefit/cost), medium level of complexity and uncertainty
    • Proven experience managing technical projects understanding the application of business context and their integrations with various enterprise systems
    • Proven experience managing application upgrade and enhancement projects with significant technology components and dependencies
    • Advanced knowledge of Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies
    • Advanced knowledge of change, risk and issue management

    Nice-to-have:

    • Undergraduate degree (preferred) - Preferably in Business, Technology, or Financial Services
    • Project/Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, PSM, and/or SAFe)
    • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to Senior Directors, VPs, and above
    • Project Management experience within wealth management; including but not limited to account opening, account inquiry, trading
