What is the opportunity?


We're looking for an engaging Product Business Analyst ("BA") to join our team and play a critical role in supporting the company's growth as a leading immunization software company by aligning product development efforts with business goals and delivering valuable solutions to meet customer needs.


This person will demonstrate success by effectively translating business and technical requirements into development tasks, enabling on-time and on-spec project delivery and driving product innovation to align with the expected business values.


Responsibilities:


  • Review, understand, and solidify the business and technical requirements provided by the client while aligning overall scope with business stakeholders. Help translate business strategy into structured solution requirements.
  • Identify and propose technical solutions to meet the business case, including creating requirement documents, process models, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Create additional documentation to support internal product knowledge and processes.
  • Confidently lead internal and external meetings to elicit, develop, validate and prioritize business, functional and technical requirements while managing stakeholder expectations and scope.
  • Assist the Engineering and QA teams and strengthen their understanding of the solution being developed through regular engagement and review of features, ensuring that they are aligned with the requirements.
  • Be the expert in the business requirements, responding to questions from the Engineering and QA teams and reviewing the backlog to prioritize tickets.
  • Facilitate training and user education to the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) group and communicating features/bugs to them, in collaboration with the QA team.
  • Demo existing and new products and features to clients.
  • In conjunction with Project Managers and Tech Leads, facilitate project delivery on time and on budget.
  • Work collaboratively with the team via Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Figma and other tools as needed.

What you need to succeed:


  • 13 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven facilitation, problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and management for small to medium initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
  • Meticulous organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and other documentation and modeling tools.
