Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Ramco Data Entry Specialist will report to the Fleet Manager, their responsibilities are as follows:

  • Verify historical aircraft / component records for compliance of Service Bulletins, Service Letters, Airworthiness Directives, STCs and record results in RAMCO tracking software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams as well as work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.
  • Knowledge of Type Certified aircraft record keeping and recording.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, Service Letters, STC's.
  • Ability to determine applicability of modifications by searching within historical aircraft records both electronically and on paper.
  • Familiar with Bombardier service information and maintenance practices an asset.
  • Familiar with Honeywell/Garrett service information and maintenance practices an asset.
  • Records Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records, including physical and electronic files, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Archiving: Organize, categorize, and store records and documents to ensure efficient retrieval and longterm preservation.
  • Data Entry: Input and update information in the RAMCO database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • File Management: Create and maintain a systematic filing system for easy access and retrieval of records.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

As deemed by the Fleet Manager or his supervisor.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in records management or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role.(aviation background is an asset).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with records management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry, document management, and recordkeeping (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Knowledge of RAMCO standards and guidelines is a plus.

Security Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR:
Position requires the ability to obtain a positive security assessment with Controlled Goods Program
