As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales and cultivating relationships with prospective customers. Unlike traditional sales roles, there is no cold calling involved. We provide all the leads, ensuring you have a steady stream of potential customers. Your primary focus will be on showcasing our exceptional window and door products, understanding customer needs, and closing deals.

You will work closely with our team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with provided leads and conduct indepth consultations to understand customer requirements
• Demonstrate product knowledge and present the features, benefits, and value propositions of our windows and doors
• Provide accurate and detailed product quotes to potential customers
• Effectively negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the office to coordinate project timelines and requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitors' offerings
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or related industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Selfmotivated with a drive for results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Technically inclined with the ability to understand and articulate product specifications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission-based, providing an exceptional earning potential for motivated individuals. The average Sales Representative with Platinum Home Design and Renovations makes over $100,000 per year.
