Fitness Advisor / Membership Sales
Performance 360 Health & Fitness
Full-Time | Base + Commission + Bonus
Location: Chatham ON

We are looking for a confident, high-energy Fitness Advisor who loves sales, people, and helping others change their lives.
What You'll Do
- Conduct gym tours and fitness consultations
- Convert leads into memberships
- Sell personal training and coaching packages
- Follow up with inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Track daily sales activity
- Build strong relationships with members
- Represent the Performance 360 brand with professionalism and energy

What We're Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (fitness, retail, hospitality, or phone sales)
- Confident and comfortable discussing pricing
- Competitive and goal-driven
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Passion for health and fitness
- Personal Training Certification (preferred)
You do NOT need to be a certified trainer — but you must believe in what we do.
Compensation
- Hourly base pay
- Commission on memberships sold
- Commission on personal training packages
