PB tec is currently seeking a Electrician or Instrumentation Technician with controls experience for out of country and international site service and construction.

Essential Function:

Install and configure instrumentation and control systems according to manufacturer specifications and engineering guidelines.
Perform wiring and terminations.
Install conduits and cable trays.
Working with live electrical equipment 600 volts
Calibrate instruments and control devices to ensure they meet performance and accuracy standards.
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC and DCS programs to control industrial processes.
Configure Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for system monitoring and control.
Integrate new instruments and control systems with existing automation infrastructure.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Strong understanding of electronic and pneumatic instruments, PLCs, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams.
Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments.

Working Conditions

Work environments can include greenhouses, plants, and other industrial settings.
May require working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures.
Must be willing to work shifts 3 weeks on 1 week off traveling to the United States
Must have a valid passport and drivers license.

Pay:
$35.00-$50.00 per hour
