Summary
-
Important: The schedule for this position is 6am-3pm_

Duties

Oversee all deliveries from our NW location
Work with other departments to ensure our customers are receiving their correct order on time.
Planning out daily delivery schedules
Staying in constant communication with the drivers
Use SAP to pull data and reports required for planning.
Miantain Spreadsheets and provide perioidic reporting to Management
Assist Logistics Manager with day to day administrative Support

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal and Customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of GPS systems and geography
Excellent commuination both verbal and written
Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Ability to resolve conflict and solve problems
Knowledge of basic computer programs including microsoft office and an aptitude to learn new software systems
SAP experinece and Asset
Previous Dispatch experience an asset.
